Role description
This role is responsible for reviewing engineering projects to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards. The incumbent will provide support for regulatory activities and engineering designs related to high-voltage electrical assets, including transmission lines, switches, transformers, generators, and substations.
In alignment with the SFPUC Electric Power Reliability Compliance Program, the NERC Compliance Engineer reports to the lead Electrical Engineer. The NERC Compliance Engineer plays a key role in the daily implementation and coordination of the Compliance Program, ensuring the development and maintenance of auditable compliance with NERC Reliability Standards.
Salary : $124,000 - $206,414
