Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing cash register operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall store operations. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to handle retail transactions accurately. The Cashier plays a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while maintaining organized and accurate cash handling procedures.
Duties
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently during retail sales transactions
- Handle cash drawer management, including cash handling, counting, and balancing at the start and end of shifts
- Assist customers with their purchases, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain knowledge of store products to assist customers effectively and support merchandising efforts
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment
- Support store merchandising by arranging products attractively and ensuring displays are well-maintained
- Perform basic math calculations for transaction totals, discounts, and change-making purposes
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers
Qualifications
. Must need Gas Station experience
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle cash drawer responsibilities
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Pay: $15.00 per hour
