Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director based in Nashville, TN, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Director will oversee the sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with wholesale and retail clients. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying business growth opportunities, coordinating with other departments to meet company goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service operations to maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities in the market.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including analyzing sales data, creating reports, and optimizing sales processes for greater efficiency.
- Strong background in Customer Service to maintain client relationships and deliver high levels of satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively, including mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strategic planning and goal-setting capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
