What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Community Pharmacist position at Hesston Pharmacy?
This isn't your typical community pharmacist position! Hesston Pharmacy is looking for a pharmacist who enjoys the energy of community pharmacy but also wants to be hands-on and drive the clinical aspects of patient care, including transitions of care, facility chart reviews, care planning, vaccines, medication packaging and moving forward with the newest expansions in the practice of pharmacy in Kansas. The ideal candidate is a pharmacist who truly enjoys getting to know and care for patients.
