Role Description
The full-time Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach will assist in leading and managing all aspects of the Hesston College Women’s Soccer Program. Responsibilities include planning and executing training sessions, mentoring student-athletes, assisting with recruitment efforts, developing game strategies, and promoting a culture of sportsmanship and team development. The individual will work closely with the head coach and contribute to fostering a positive team environment. This is an on-site position located in Hesston, KS.
Qualifications
- Experience in Soccer Coaching and Football
- Strong Communication skills for mentoring and teamwork
- Knowledge and experience in Education and Coaching methodologies
- Ability to model and promote values of peace, justice, equity, and inclusion
- Prior experience in collegiate athletics or comparable settings is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
