6AM to 2:30PM

2:30PM to 11PM

6PM-11PM for Part-Time

General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. General Cleaners perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility:

Essential Functions:

• Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum
• Cleaning of restrooms, classrooms, offices, athletic rooms, other rooms and areas of schools
• Low and high dusting of walls, vents, screens, furniture, drinking fountains, light fixtures, window blinds, strike plates on doors and other chrome and interior fixtures
• Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors
• Sweep, Mop and Vacuum entryways and mats
• Empty interior and exteriors trashcans
• Assist in set-up for events inside specified rooms as directed
• Notify management/supervisor of needed repair work
• Notify management/supervisor of supplies needing replenished
• Organize custodial closets as needed
• Additional job-related duties as required by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Excellent work history.

• Physically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus.
• Physical and Working Conditions: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.
• Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold.
