What are the responsibilities and job description for the AV Installation Technician position at HES AV?
Job Description:
Running (cabling) and solder & crimp connectors.
Installation of projectors, smart boards, displays, speakers, projector screen and various audio visual components.
Assist during Project installations with equipment rack build, basic rack wiring and cable management.
Follow steps to ensure installation is completed per the design specifications.
Communicate effectively both in the field and at work to ensure project completion to highest standard.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi- task.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be a safe driver.
Candidate with proficient in cabling, terminating different types of connectors, including soldering , is a PLUS.
Strong desire to learn and be trained.
Must be able to regularly climb and work from ladders up to 20' high.
Must be able to lift, load and unload of equipment weighing a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
Ability to effectively use hand and power tools.
Must be living and working in the USA legally.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
