At Mazda Sales Consultants are responsible for providing exceptional customer experience while assisting customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. This position requires extensive product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships. The Sales Consultant represents both Mazda and Herzog-Meier Auto Center by delivering professional, transparent, and customer-focused sales experience
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM and dealership management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
