Your work will help make ZeroBounce and its Customers happier by engaging with customers who might, or are lapsing, or are having billing issues. You will be using the phone and email to contact customers who are having issues paying on our platform, whether through new transactions or recurring. Your goal is to make sure that Customers are happy and reduce ZeroBounce churn. You should have a great personality and sales skills. Understand the capabilities and how to use systems to scale your role.
Job Purpose
Design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer retention, and brand authority in email deliverability.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- End-to-End Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, webinars) promoting ZeroBounce’s tools (e.g., Email Finder, Inbox Placement Testing).
- Audience Segmentation: Leverage ZeroBounce’s validation data to target high-intent segments (e.g., users with >10% bounce rates).
- Content Development: Craft campaign copy emphasizing ROI (e.g., “Reduce bounces by 99% with real-time validation”).
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on engagement and conversions
- Maintain a calendar of upcoming partner promotions and launches
- Support GTM launches of new integrations or partner activations
Email Expertise
- List Hygiene: Partner with sales to clean campaign lists using ZeroBounce’s API for optimal deliverability.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with subject lines (e.g., “Your Inbox Is Full of Spam Traps” vs. “Clean Your List in 60 Seconds”).
- CAN-SPAM/GDPR Compliance: Ensure all campaigns meet legal standards using ZeroBounce’s suppression list tools.
Data & Analytics
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (open rates, conversions) using ZeroBounce’s Email Scoring and Google Analytics.
- ROI Reporting: Calculate cost savings from reduced bounces (e.g., “Campaign X saved $15K in wasted sends”).
- Tool Integration: Sync HubSpot/Salesforce with ZeroBounce’s validation API for automated list cleaning.
Collaboration
- Product Alignment: Promote new features (e.g., Activity Data) in campaigns to drive upsells.

Requirements
Essential
- 2-4 years in email/digital marketing with a focus on campaign execution.
- Technical Skills:
