We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative / Project Consultant to meet with homeowners, inspect properties, and close deals for decking projects.
NO cold calling – we provide qualified leads.
Compensation
- W2 Position (Full-Time)
- Commission-Based (Uncapped Earnings)
- Average reps earn: $65K–$150K
- Top performers: $200K
Commission:
- Roofing: 8%
- Siding: 8%
- Decking: 10%
- Bi-weekly based pay
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Draw against commission available

Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners for scheduled appointments

Requirements
- Sales experience (home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication & closing skills
- Reliable transportation
