What You'll Do:
- Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience from check-in to completion
- Greet service customers and manage inbound service calls
- Schedule appointments and communicate service timelines
- Present repair and maintenance estimates clearly and confidently
- Coordinate repair orders with Technicians and monitor workflow
- Recommend additional services when appropriate
- Support daily service operations and administrative processes (training provided to prepare you for Service Management)
- Help maintain parts inventory and enforce service policies
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer OR 1 year as an Assistant Service Manager
- Proven customer service and sales/up-selling skills
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable with computers and dealership service systems
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record
- Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
