What You'll Do
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate accounting records
- Post payments and prepare deposits
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Support Collision Center customer service operations
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Assist with administrative duties and office support as needed
- Help ensure smooth daily operations within the Collision Center
What We're Looking For
- Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Dealership or Collision Center accounting experience is a plus
- Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
