Our Expectations:
We're looking for a dynamic Service Manager with a track record of success in the automotive industry who is ready to make an impact at Hertrich. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of proven success in Automotive Service Management with consistent career progression and exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- A deep understanding of dealership operations, including DealerTrack® experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- A desire to relocate to the Delaware or Eastern Shore region for a relaxed lifestyle near the beach
