What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive results through effective sales and finance strategies
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards
- Maximize profitability on every transaction
- Support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve store and regional goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years Automotive Sales/Finance Management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Results-driven with high energy and motivation
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
- Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
- Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications are a strong plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
