What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wine and Liquor Retail Sales Associate position at Hertel Liquor Library?
We are seeking a Wine And Liquor Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, and merchandise, in a retail setting. Our goal is to always provide each customer with a memorable shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Maintain clean environment
- Open/Close store
- Proactively seek out daily activities in absence of management
- Proactively replenish products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast and/or slow-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Great organizational skills, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail
Potential individual must be outgoing and have a love for the industry. Reliability and consistency is key. Individual must be able to work some weekday evenings and have open Saturday/Sunday availability.
