COMPENSATION:
$120,000–$180,000 annual earning potential
Compensation is performance-based and will vary based on experience and results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly sales and gross profit objectives
- Desk deals and assist Sales Consultants throughout the sales process
- Coach team members on sales techniques, follow-up, customer service, and closing
- Monitor dealership leads, appointments, showroom traffic, and sales performance
- Ensure customers receive a professional and consistent experience throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the General Manager, Finance Department, BDC, and other dealership departments
- Assist with inventory management, vehicle merchandising, pricing, and aging
- Review sales performance and hold team members accountable to individual and dealership goals
- Help recruit, train, and retain high-performing Sales Consultants
- Ensure dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and processes are followed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous automotive sales management experience strongly preferred
- Proven record of success in automotive sales
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Ability to desk and structure automotive deals
- Strong understanding of dealership sales processes, CRM systems, and lead management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Competitive, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
