This is a full-time, hybrid Portfolio Analytics Analyst role based in Hershey, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Portfolio Analytics Analyst will conduct daily analysis and reporting to support investment decision-making, data analysis, and portfolio management. Responsibilities include creating reports, analyzing investment performance, monitoring portfolios, building data visualization tools, and collaborating with teams to provide key insights that align with the organization’s financial goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Statistics and Data Visualization for creating charts, graphs, and dashboards to summarize financial insights.
- Proficiency in investment performance tools and financial software is a plus.
