SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Penn State Health Medical Group Nyes Rd – Suite F is seeking a Medical Office Associate (MOA) to join the team Comprised of Family Medicine which includes a Sports Medicine Physician as well as a Pediatrician, the Nyes Rd – Suite F office sees an average of 90 patients per day.
The hired MOA will be expected to fulfill the following clerical duties, including checking patients in and out of appointments and scheduling follow-up appointments. The MOA will also oversee the e-message pool and e-faxing documents. Other duties may include processing payments and completing referrals. Suite F offers versatility throughout the workday
The desired MOA will be a flexible team player who has experience working in a fast-paced office. This office enjoys hosting several luncheons to celebrate staff for team building and has weekly food trucks, so food enthusiasts will flourish with this office
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
