What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Services Coordinator position at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company?
This position is responsible for the overall day to day guest and employee experience at The Spa at The Hotel Hershey. The Spa Services Coordinator must direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction, the achievement and maintenance of The Hotel Hershey standards and profit maximization.
Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Responsible for maintaining and providing an exceptional guest experience, and quality control in all areas.
Assist with all opening and closing duties, and lead the support staff team to excel in their duties.
Assist the management team in all aspects of the daily operations, training of the team, guest resolution, special projects, events, and monthly inventory.
Maintain facility, product supply, and equipment at the highest possible level.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the Spa, Hospitality/Hotel/Resort environment.
Completion of high school or GED
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
Must have a valid Drivers' License
Pre-Employment - Spa Supervisory Certification
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

This job requires the visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances (computer screens, accounting ledgers, using measurement devices).
The position is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
