Job Summary
Hershey’s Ice Cream is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to lead sales efforts across the Buffalo market. This role combines account growth, territory management, and customer service to drive performance and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business (e.g., healthcare, education, convenience stores, ice cream parlors, family entertainment centers)
- Support and grow customer accounts
- Maintain marketing materials and product knowledge in accounts
- Ensure customer equipment agreements are current and compliant
- Address customer service concerns within assigned territory
- Provide delivery truck coverage as needed to support route operations and ensure timely product delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age: 21
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and proven personal growth
- Longevity in previous roles and desire for a long-term career
- Personal vehicle required (reimbursed via company gas card and usage fund)
