HERSHEY CREAMERY is a 125-year-old manufacturer of premium quality Ice Cream with operations in 22 states servicing more than 28,000 customers.
Known for its quality products and superior customer service, Hershey’s Ice Cream is currently looking for a Year-Round Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our warehouse and office in Elkridge, MD.
We offer: A starting hourly rate of $16 per hour, paid vacations, and holidays. This is a Year-Round Part-Time career opportunity. Position schedule is Monday – Thursday and some Friday with approximately 25 to 35 hrs./week. Benefits are not included.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering in-coming calls
· Making outgoing calls for daily routes and up-selling of products
· Printing of daily loading reports and dealer invoices
· Updating dealer information
· Helping with upkeep of office space
· Basic copying
Qualified individuals must be hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and have basic computer knowledge including experience of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Must have dependable transportation. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not a must.
