Merchandiser/Account Manager
Mohawk, Tn
Days: Monday-Friday – NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!
Job Summary
- Total Income- $55K-$60K, plus additional income via commissions

Job Responsibilities
- Account Manager duties:
- Work with existing customer base to help drive sales and ensure great customer service
- Basic freezer maintenance and repairs, we provide the training.
- Utility duties:
- Assist in the relocation of Hershey’s Ice Cream owned equipment
- Have route delivery responsibilities year-round coverage on an as needed basis.
Route Truck Responsibilities
- Make 20-25 deliveries per day in company owned trucks to convenience stores, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, colleges, hospitals and restaurants.
- Pack product into freezer and collect money for delivery.
- Work with existing customers to grow sales
- Willingness to contribute to the needs of the team as needed, whether it is delivering product or helping move equipment
- Service area Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Lafollette, Vonore, Greeneville, Bristol, Johnson City
Job Requirements
- Must pass a preemployment drug screen
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum age: 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and vehicle usage fund)
- Sales experience or willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of mechanical repairs
