We have an immediate opening Full Time Customer Service Representative at our Distribution facility in Salisbury, NC.
Job Summary
- Schedule – Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM & Friday 8AM-1PM
- Starting wage- $16/hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Answering of incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls for daily routes and upselling of products
- Printing of daily loading reports and dealer invoices
- Updating dealer information
- Helping with upkeep of office space
- Basic copying and filing of bills
- Backup of basic bookkeeping duties
Requirements:
- Must have basic computer skills including experience of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Ability to work in a team environment and be cross-functional. Hours may vary depending on need.
- Must possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, be organized, and detail oriented.
