Job description
Hershey’s Ice Cream is currently looking for a Year-Round Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our warehouse and office in Lumberton, NC.
We offer: A starting hourly rate of $17 per hour, paid vacations, and holidays. Position schedule is Monday – Thursday and with some Fridays, approximately 25 to 30 hrs per week. Benefits are not included. Hours are 8am to 3pm.
Responsibilities include:
· Answering in-coming calls
· Making outgoing calls for daily routes and up-selling of products
· Printing of daily loading reports and dealer invoices
· Updating dealer information
· Helping with upkeep of office space
· Basic copying
Qualified individuals must like talking on the phone, be hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and have basic computer knowledge including experience of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Must have dependable transportation.
