Known for its quality products and superior customer service, Hershey’s Ice Cream is currently looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative for our office in Hammonton, NJ.
We offer: A starting hourly rate of $16 per hour, paid vacations, and holidays. This is a Part Time career opportunity averaging 25-30 hours per week. Monday through Friday, approximately 8am-2pm during those days
Responsibilities include:
· Answering in-coming calls
· Making outgoing calls for daily routes and up-selling of products
· Printing of daily loading reports and dealer invoices
· Updating dealer information
Qualified individuals must have a pleasant telephone voice, be hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and have basic computer knowledge including experience of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel & Outlook). Must have dependable transportation. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
