Production Department --- Main Office, Harrisburg, PA
Shifts Monday-Friday
- First Shift: 4:30am to approximately 2:30pm or completion
Job Summary
- Consistent Schedule – Average a 50 hour workweek each week, Monday through Friday
- Shift Options – Second Shift-Only
- Consistent Overtime Pay – $1.5x overtime after 40 hours each week
- Starting wage of $21.96 / hour ; increased to $22.56 after 60 days of positive performance -- $33.84/hour per OT Hour

Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of ice cream production crew palletizing and preparing finished products for shipping
- Train in multiple stations of quality control, robotic palletizing, manual palletizing, and forklift operation
- Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
- Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Other responsibilities as they are assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Food manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
- Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
