Hersh Kirtman is a growing Boca Raton Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm with a great culture. We are dedicated to helping people who have suffered injury or lost loved ones from negligence and misconduct of others. We handle complex, difficult cases from pre-suit through trial. We have obtained in excess of $100 million in jury verdicts and settlements. We are expanding and looking to add team members who share our values and our passion to help our clients feel cared for, heard, and protected. This is a fully in-office position in Boca Raton.
We have an opportunity for an attorney with these qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- 2-5 years of Plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience in Florida
- Confident and comfortable with client communication
- Ability to diligently track and meet deadlines
- Proven experience handling depositions
- Proven ability to negotiate with insurance company adjusters and lien holders
- Collaborative, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly technologically proficient, including case management systems software, AI tools, and Westlaw
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients
- Investigate and evaluate claims
- Legal research
- Take and defend depositions
- Strategically manage cases
- Negotiate settlements
- Draft demands
- Draft complaints and motions
- Draft discovery

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
