RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather both the parts and service departments daily Repair orders, payments and credit card summaries.
Cash posting as necessary and make change for departments from petty cash.
Compare credit card payments to batch out and reconcile.
Post incoming invoices for payment.
Process checks disbursements for payables approx. 2-3 times per month.
Run Accounts Receivable statements and send out to vendors.
Daily log into online system; print invoices along with credit memos.
Intercompany reconciliation.
Assist team with end of month procedures; ensure all payables/receivable have been posted.
Provide additional general office support as needed in the administration building.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
Participate in a busy office as a team player.

· REQUIREMENTS:

Prefer 1 or more years of automotive dealership experience or equivalent.
Must have excellent computer skills with preference in excel and 10 key preferred.
Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent follow-through skills.
Possess strong communication skills - including both written and verbal.
Possess a good understanding of accounting.
Must have a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
