Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C. Is looking for an experienced Paralegal to be a part of our growing firm.
The individual must be able to work independently, essentially detail oriented, organized, and a team player. This person must also be a self-starter, efficient, and possess the ability to manage a high docket count under the supervision of an attorney.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Drafting Discovery requests and responses
- Drafting motions
- Preparing for trial
- Scheduling depositions
- Scheduling Court Dates and Client Meetings
- Meeting with Clients
- Using a Web-based Case Management System
This is a full time position. Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage and benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance and PTO policy after a 90 day probationary period.
Must be experienced in Word, Excel, & Adobe.
3 Years of Legal Experience is REQUIRED.'
