- Setting up case files and insurance claims.
- Keeping an organized list of files.
- Managing a client database.
- Taking phone calls and messages for attorney.
- Setting appointments.
- Corresponding with clients by email, mail or fax.
- Must be experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook.
