We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Beverage Manager to join our fun and dynamic team.
Position Overview
From craft cocktails to unforgettable celebrations, you’ll be the one making every pour count. The Beverage Manager plays a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional beverage service. This position is responsible for designing and maintaining exceptional beverage packages, sourcing and ordering bar products, managing inventory, and leading our bartending team. You’ll also tend the bar to take care of our guests, ensuring service excellence at every event.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and maintain exceptional beverage packages.
- Implement and follow beverage service procedures, recipe costing, and inventory management
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and inspire extraordinary bartenders.
- Batch craft cocktails for events
- Stay ahead of industry trends.
- Bartend select events (at least 2 shift/weekend).
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless beverage service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years as a bartender and/or 2 years as bar manager.
- Strong vendor negotiation
- Organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills (passion for leading, creating, serving people)
- Basic administrative and computing skills for inventory/costing mgmt. Including Excel.
- Ability to work weekends, late nights, and holidays.
- Able to lift 30–50 lbs and work in outdoor/tented environments.

Schedule: Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, late nights, and any other times as required to ensure successful bar service and perform any other job responsibilities.
Education: Two-year associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college desired, industry equivalent acceptable. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of clients, banquet staff and other employees.
Experience: Must possess knowledge of beverage service procedures, inventory management, costing of recipes and awareness of industry trends, generally involving two years as a bartender or bar manager.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to five hours in length and to lift, bend, and stoop. Must have the ability to frequently lift 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.'
