Express / Lube Technician (Monday–Friday | No Weekends)

Herrin-Gear INFINITI is seeking a dependable and motivated Express / Lube Technician to join our service team in Jackson, Mississippi. This is a full-time, hourly position with a Monday–Friday schedule only — no weekends.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in automotive service while working in a professional, well-equipped dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
• Install wiper blades, batteries, filters, and other light maintenance items
• Work efficiently to meet productivity standards while maintaining quality
• Communicate inspection results clearly to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior automotive or lube experience preferred, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Compensation & Schedule:

• $14–$17 per hour, pay based on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No Saturdays or Sundays
