Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Technician and become a vital part of providing exceptional animal care! In this energetic role, you will assist veterinarians in delivering comprehensive medical services, ensuring the well-being of a diverse range of animals. Your expertise will help create a positive, compassionate environment where pet owners feel confident and animals receive top-tier treatment. Duties
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures with animal restraint, catheterization, and aseptic techniques
- Perform laboratory tests, prepare samples, and operate diagnostic equipment such as X-ray machines to support accurate diagnoses
- Handle animals safely using proper animal handling techniques, including dog training and pet grooming when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of animal treatments, laboratory results, and medical histories in compliance with veterinary terminology and protocols
- Support dental procedures by understanding dental terminology and assisting with cleaning, scaling, and other oral care tasks
- Monitor animal physiology during recovery from anesthesia or critical care situations, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Manage kennel duties including feeding, cleaning, and caring for hospitalized or boarded animals with compassion and attention to detail

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous veterinary experience in a clinical setting preferred- Experience with animal handling and restraint techniques- Proficiency in administering anesthesia, medications and treatments to animals- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and veterinary staff
