Fabricator/Panel Saw Operator 3+ YRS SHOP EXP in High-End Woodwork

Our Cabinetmakers build from blueprints for luxury and high-end projects. Our clients are the builders, architects and designers who create luxury homes for discriminating clientele.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Previous professional bench experience required: 5 YEARS full-time cabinetmaking in the architectural millwork industry.

• Precision work: tight margins - Work to 1/32" accuracy.
• Work to company standards which often exceed AWI standards.
• Proficient in operating panel saws.
• Skilled in making precise measurements .
• Must be able to read, interpret, and follow blueprints.
• Experience fabricating intricate details and curved work.

Use a variety of joinery skills (biscuits, dowels, screws, and dominoes) to create custom cabinetry, millwork, wall and ceiling panels, stair components, etc .

Skills required:

• Always follow every SAFETY procedure and always wear protective equipment as needed.
• Expertise in seamless joinery techniques.
• Use traditional techniques and modern tools.
• Follow AWI Premium Standards and company standards.
• Communicate easily and clearly with everyone.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Our functional mill prepares the components so that our cabinetmakers can focus on what you do best.
• Take pride in your work.

Your pay is based on your skills and experience within $20 to $30/hour.
