What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Laborer position at Herrera Farm and Ranch Fencing, LLC?
Each time when arriving at a new work site the existing fence (if any) will have to be removed by hand or with machinery. Then a new fence line will be driven and braces welded into place using skid steer, bulldozer, air compressor, cutting torch and welder. After all the post and braces are in place the fence wire will be stretched tight using a come along, skid steer, or bulldozer. once all this is done the fence wire will be tied onto the T post and pipe using clips and tie wire.
