The role operates on a rotating shift pattern to ensure full workplace coverage throughout the day.
If you’ve worked in environments where managing vendors, contractors, and service providers was a core part of your role, and you take pride in organisation, follow-through, and professionalism, this is a strong next step. Day to day, you would coordinate and escort vendors, manage access and work orders, support conference room and event setups, assist with seating and move logistics, monitor floor conditions, and help maintain a polished, professional workplace.
This tends to suit candidates with experience in workplace coordination, facilities support, hospitality operations, concierge services, or similar service-driven environments.
