What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Superintendent- Brooklyn position at Heron Wolf?
Note: DOB License required
Superintendent - $175k - $200k – Brooklyn
Working on public & private work with civil scope, we'd love to talk to Assistant Supers ready to take a step up who want to work in Brooklyn with a focus on steel, concrete, utility and foundation projects.
This GC will rapidly promote people who are really 10 toes down on pushing work production and wanting to be the best. Last guy had about 4ish years experience and by his 6th year they bumped him to a full fledge super, paid him $185k and let him run his own $80M project. This is the type of growth expected here.
Any additional hours you work will get comped extra. You’ll get a vehicle allowance, bonus, gas & tolls covered, your cell phone will be covered and an additional commuter's allowance. So you might feel a lot of things but underpaid isn’t one of them!
This GC has a rep for not losing people, and simply its because they know that pay, opportunity and work fulfillment take priority. Work hard for them, they;; work hard for you.
Not for the faint hearted.
