Fulfillment Coordinator & Customer Service Representative
Kingston, WA | Part-Time (24–32 hrs/week) | $20–$25/hr
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a balance of routine and variety: packaging and shipping herbal products, supporting customers by phone and email, and helping our small team keep things moving smoothly. This is hands-on, detail-oriented work that directly supports doctors, patients, and the earth.

Package and ship herbal extracts
Take phone orders and provide caring customer service
Manage customer accounts and payments
Keep fulfillment supplies organized
Mix formulas and prepare finished products
Jump in to help other departments when needed
You Are…
Organized and comfortable with detailed procedures
Curious about herbal medicine and eager to learn
At ease both on your own and as part of a team
