Junior Solutions Architect (Rexburg, ID – In Office)
Herohub is growing—and we’re looking for a high-agency builder ready to step into a technical role with real impact.
This is not your typical entry-level job.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI, automation, systems, and product development, helping us build the infrastructure that powers how we serve clients around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and data systems
- Support AI initiatives (custom GPTs, roleplays, internal tools)
- Help create and manage client portals, webpages, and integrations
- Assist with API connections and system integrations
- Provide technical support across teams (including Operations when needed)
- Help scale Herohub’s internal systems and infrastructure
What We’re Looking
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience (internships count)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly
- Interest in AI, automation, and systems
- Ability to work in person in Rexburg, Idaho

Full-time preferred. Open to near full-time (30 hours/week) for the right candidate, with a path to full-time.
