Role Description
We’re hiring a Dealer Performance Coach to support, train, and develop dealership leadership and teams. This role combines coaching, business development, operational improvement, and 20 Group facilitation.
You will:
- Coach Dealer Principals, General Managers leveraging the Herohub Operating System
- Drive process adoption and operational improvements
- Lead virtual and on-site dealership training
- Facilitate virtual and in-person 20 Group meetings
- Build strong dealer relationships and influence leadership decisions
- Help dealers increase gross profit, efficiency, and culture
- This is a remote role with periodic travel.
Qualifications
- Experience in powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or similar dealership operations
- Strong background in Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, or dealership management
- Ability to coach, train, motivate, and influence leaders
- Solid understanding of dealership financials and performance KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-managed, and relationship-driven
Bonus points for:
- Prior 20 Group or performance group facilitation
- Coaching/consulting background
- Previous GM experience
