Herogo TV provides an over-the-top (OTT) live TV streaming service on TVs, smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and other streaming devices. Distributed across a variety of strategic device partners, including Roku, Amazon, Apple TV, Samsung, LG, iOS, and Android.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Herogo TV is looking for a Media assistant manager to join the dynamic content acquisition and communications team. The Programming Team works with senior management on Herogo’s programming strategy, manages ongoing business and relationships with our programming partners, and negotiates agreements with programming partners in line with the overall strategy. Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Follow up on Herogo’s negotiations with content partners for content acquisition and renewals
- Contributor to all aspects of deal negotiations, including financial and viewership analysis, term sheet drafting, and contract negotiation.
- Take a lead sometimes on a team of analysts supporting ongoing deal negotiations and partner management.
- Follow up and Support deal strategies based on financial, viewership, and competitive data
- Evaluate contractual analysis of our programming agreements. Proactive analysis of the latest trends in the Media, SVOD, and AVOD industries to drive internal content strategy and identify business opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.21 - $21.64 per hour
