Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Volleyball Coach's to join our team and lead training sessions for players of all skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for volleyball and coaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential. On the job training is also provided.
Duties
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' skills and performance
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focusing on techniques, strategies, and teamwork
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their game
- Organize and supervise team practices, games, and tournaments
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for players to grow both athletically and personally
Requirements
- Previous experience playing volleyball competitively or coaching at any level
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with players of all ages and skill levels
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required
