Outside Sales Representative

Position OverviewWe’re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for building relationships with fire departments, hospitals, distributors, and public safety agencies—introducing them to our product line and driving sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with fire and EMS departments, hospitals, and distributors.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, trade shows, and online engagement.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations virtually or in person.Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).Provide customer feedback to help refine products and marketing strategies.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.QualificationsProven experience in B2B or field sales (fire/rescue, medical, or safety equipment industry preferred).Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with public procurement or government contract sales a plus.Must be comfortable working independently and remotely.Company DescriptionDoty Belt LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer of patient mobility equipment trusted by firefighters, EMS, hospitals, and first responders nationwide.
