Responsibilities:
- Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately rings customer purchases.
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
- Accurately process subscription bin receiving duties for all vendors.
- Must have a general knowledge of Marvel, DC and key indie titles.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge by reading weekly curated reading lists.
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and general floor maintenance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possesses fantastic customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time.
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Abe to stand for long periods of time.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Retail customer experience preferred.
