We are currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to ensure the timely and accurate collection of reimbursement for services rendered. This is a remote position.
Pay range: $65,000-$95,000/yr

We are currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to ensure the timely and accurate collection of reimbursement for services rendered. This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for insurance and patient billing, collections, policies, and regulations
- Identify trends and factors adversely affecting collections; resolve through strong team leadership and collaboration with other company leaders
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and maximize cashflow
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce inefficiencies and improve collection rate
- Foster a positive work environment by providing appropriate support, training, and feedback
- Manage workforce tasks such as timecard maintenance, counseling, and hiring
- Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children
- Fluency in intermediate Excel functions
- At least five years of experience with electronic health/medical record systems (EMR/EHR)
- At least five years of experience reading insurance adjudication documents
- At least two years of experience identifying, root causing, and resolving cash trends
- At least three years of experience in workforce management
- Experience with dental, vision, or orthodontic operations and revenue cycle a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
