A Comfort Advisor at Hero is responsible for assisting homeowners with purchasing the correct HVAC equipment for their homes. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy listening to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best equipment to meet their needs. They are also great at following up with potential sales leads.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Weekly on call rotation (Every 5th Saturday)
Essential Job Duties
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the install team
- Provide solutions based on customer needs
- Become an expert of your market area
- Follow Hero’s sales process
Qualifications
- Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
- Knowledge in HVAC systems is a plus
- 2-3 years sales experience
- Outgoing, warm personality and comfortable talking with homeowners
- Ability to pass background, drug screen and driver insurability checks applicable per state law
