The Role

What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs on a wide variety of medical equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with confidence and restore devices to full performance.
- Partner with clinical staff to minimize downtime and maximize trust.
- Keep documentation tight, compliant, and easy to follow.
- Be a team player who shares knowledge and helps create “rabid fans” of HERO.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on hospital experience performing PMs and repairs.
- Education: Biomedical Equipment Technology Certificate from an accredited program.
- Bonus Points: An Associate’s degree or Department of Defense (DOD) training/experience.
- Skills: Problem-solving chops, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
