Position: Physical Therapist / Doctor of Physical Therapy

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Work hands-on with patients in our high-energy therapy room
- Document care and progress using our EMR system—timely and accurately
- Stay compliant with insurance guidelines and maintain proper licensure
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active state licensure (PT, DPT)
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance protocols
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and satisfaction
