We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Dallas-based personal injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal who enjoys litigation, takes ownership of cases, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and experts
- Assist with discovery responses, trial prep, mediations, and depositions
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is required
