Take the Lead in a Growing, Patient-Centered Chiropractic Practice
Join a respected chiropractic clinic dedicated to delivering results-driven, compassionate care in a team-oriented environment. Our practice combines hands-on adjustments with modern rehabilitation and soft tissue therapies, serving a wide range of patients—from families and athletes to prenatal and pediatric clients and those healing from injuries.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office and partner closely with the Clinic Owner to support overall business growth and performance. This leadership position plays a vital role in optimizing the patient experience, managing staff, and ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Our approach to care is symptom-based, with an emphasis on individualized treatment plans, patient education, and a commitment to lifelong wellness. This is the ideal role for someone who’s organized, people-oriented, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a focused high volume environment.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day front desk operations, including, but not limited to, scheduling, patient check-in/out, and payment processing.
- Supervise, support, and develop 4 Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) and two chiropractic clinics
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and outstanding patient service, all while leading the team to meet KPI’s and monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Collaborate with the clinic owner on business operations, process improvement, and key performance tracking
- Responsible for owning the business budget, insurance verification, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and ensuring accurate patient records
- Develop and oversee internal systems that streamline administrative workflows and support long-term practice growth
- Collaborate with the Clinic Owner in designing, developing, and executing in-office events, patient education sessions, and referral outreach programs, while tracking and advising on the effectiveness and efficiencies of events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects the clinic’s professionalism and care standards

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage staff and multitask
- Clear communicator with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with EHR platforms and office software
- Business-minded with a passion for delivering excellent service and driving results
- Proactive, dependable, and committed to team success
- Spanish fluency and literacy is required
